Scheduling and Sales Associate
Granite Mountain Stone Design seeks a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our expanding team. As a Scheduling and Sales Associate, you’ll play a critical role in managing and coordinating schedules across all project phases—from template to fabrication and installation. This position ensures smooth operations by adjusting timelines as needed, preparing accurate schedules, and ensuring customer orders are fulfilled promptly, contributing directly to our overall success.
Your Role:
- Greet customers and create a welcoming environment in the showroom.
- Coordinate scheduling using software, ensuring timelines and staff allocations are accurate.
- Collaborate with the fabrication and sales teams to track project progress, solve delays, and provide updates.
- Plan and manage travel routes and accommodations for projects.
- Work closely with field technicians and subcontractors to gather input and plan ahead for schedules and delays, collaborating with fabrication and sales teams to find practical solutions.
- Keep the showroom tidy and organized, ensuring all product samples and marketing materials are correctly displayed for easy access.
- Answer phone inquiries and forward calls to the appropriate team member.
Requirements:
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide constructive feedback to management and team members for process improvements.
- Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
- Adaptable to project changes and able to adjust plans accordingly.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to understand new processes and tools.
- Capable of managing multiple clients and applying specific processes to their service requests.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong time management and project management skills.
