Our Process

1. Measure: Provide us with your rough measurements by email or bring them to one of our showrooms in West St. Paul or Lac du Bonnet. You can also view whole slabs at our suppliers in Winnipeg or check our current inventory online.

Even a napkin can be a perfect canvas for your not-so-perfect measurements. When we template the job, we will measure it precisely. If your given measurements are within 2 sq. ft. of ours, we do not modify the cost of the project.

2. Stone Selection: Choose your favourite stone colour options during your showroom visit or call us at (204) 345-2765. We offer a variety of natural and engineered stone countertops, including granite, quartzite, porcelain, and quartz.

3. Quote: Receive a lightning-fast estimate that clearly outlines pricing based on your selected stone colours and a rough layout. We optimize slab yield to provide you with the best pricing options. We work within your budget and we NEVER upsell.

4. Acceptance and Deposit: Once you accept the quote, we ask for a 75% downpayment to order the materials, and we schedule a visit to your home or business for detailed measurements. Having the existing countertop removed helps, but as long as the space is clear, we will get accurate measurements.

Have your sink and faucet model info on hand. We will need them to add their measurements to our template information.

5. Templating and Consultation: Our templater will listen to your ideas, suggest options, and address any concerns during the measurement visit. They will discuss seams, possible cabinetry upgrades, and other considerations. The Field Measure Technician takes appropriate time to measure your space accurately creating a template later used by our CAD department to get a perfect image of your space.

6. Fabrication: At our Lac du Bonnet facility, we inspect the stone slab for damages and begin the fabrication process. We use advanced machinery to cut, polish, and apply the chosen edge to the stone, ensuring a smooth and consistent surface.
